VALD Strength Testing in Traralgon

VALD Performance Technology
We use VALD performance technology at our clinic, the same tools trusted by elite sporting teams and high performance programs worldwide.
Instead of relying on guesswork, VALD gives us objective data on your strength, power and side-to-side balance. Every exercise in your program is backed by real numbers, so you know exactly where you stand and what needs to happen to get you back to your goals.
Our VALD setup includes:
- ForceDecks – dual force plates that measure how you produce force during jumps, squats and balance tasks. Picks up asymmetries and changes in performance that you can’t see with the eye alone.
- ForceFrame – a rig that tests strength in virtually any position. Shoulder, hip, trunk, you name it. Accurate and repeatable across your whole rehab journey.
- DynaMo – a portable handheld gauge for testing individual muscle groups like grip strength and rotator cuff. Quick, reliable, and easy to track session to session.
- AirBands – blood flow restriction cuffs that let you build strength at lighter loads, particularly useful early in rehab when heavy lifting isn’t yet on the table.
We use these tools to set clear baselines from day one, track real change over time, and take the guesswork out of your recovery.
This system can accurately measure your strength, endurance and power of individual movements
